2. Data We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver recruitment services, including:

• Candidate Information: Name, contact details, education history, work experience, certifications, and technical skills used for ATS resume creation.
• Recruiter Information: Company name, official email, GSTIN, team size, contact person, and job vacancy details.
• Consultant Information: Agency registration details, branch office addresses, and assigned branch staff records.

3. Sensitive PII & Public Directory Masking

To ensure candidate safety and prevent unsolicited spam, all sensitive personal identifiable information (PII) including email addresses, telephone numbers, and street addresses are strictly masked in the public discovery directory. Only verified, authenticated recruiters who log in to their dashboard can unlock full candidate ATS resumes for hiring purposes.

4. Data Security & Storage

Data is stored on secured, encrypted database servers in accordance with Indian IT Act provisions and ISO standards. We never sell, rent, or trade user data to third-party advertising brokers.
