By accessing or using the JobsCherry platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Candidate Code of Conduct

Candidates must provide true, accurate, and current information regarding educational qualifications and work history. Creating fake profiles or impersonating other individuals is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

3. Employer & Recruiter Obligations

Recruiters must post genuine, active employment vacancies. No job posting may charge candidates any registration fees, security deposits, or interview fees. Any fraudulent job posting will be blacklisted and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Placement Consultant Terms

Placement consultancies are responsible for all actions taken by their branch users. Commission settlements agreed upon between employers and consultants must be honored according to individual mutual commercial terms.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnal, Haryana, India.
